In our established culture of excellence, we seek to exceed your expectations in all aspects of care for your loved one. In 2015, we established an additional option for residents and their family members to provide feedback on the care they are receiving. The We Care line and online form is an easy way to communicate with our team wherever you are. While we encourage any communication directly with our executive director, director of nursing, and any member of our team, we also wanted to give you the ability to reach out and leave an anonymous message.
